Drano Steelhead Today

I am planning on hitting Drano tonight. Sounds like the wind has been a bit of a factor  :dunno:. Just got back from Neah Bay so I wasn't able to fish this weekend. Any tips you guys could give would be much appreciated. Sounds like a lot of bobber and plunking going on with shrimp. Anyone else gonna be down there tonight?
