I want a Green Egg.

Those look great.  I love scallops and bacon.  Put them togrther=YUM.  My wife doesn't like scallops.  So I eat them when she's gone.

love them.  add a little cayanne - one of my all time favorite recipes.

Thats one of the best tasting eats there is :drool:. I always slightly pre-cook the bacon so it ends up done without overcooking the scallops.

My family grew up with Green Egg Bbq. ALWAYS BEST TASTE of WHOLE!  If your add Apple Wood from Orchard where they take down Tree chopp some and or Cherry Wood smoke with wood BBQ... We have three at our house and our parent house. NEVER WANT TO STOP USE IT!

Lots people should try this one!!! BEST taste than any Resturant!   DELICOUS when ur use Salmon fish in Green EGG!  LOVE LOVE IT!

the bacon wrapped scalops are awesome.I have a primo oval same thing really real hardwood charchol is the only way to go! Try cutting the stem end off a jalepino clean it out seeds and stuff in a half piece of string cheese wrap in bacon and bbq. These things are addictive! :cue: :drool: :drool:

X2 on pre cooking the bacon. I also baste the scallops in olive oil and sprinkle brown sugar on them before wrapping em up with the bacon.  This works great with shrimp also.  Mmmmmm... gooood eats.
