i just put this on my gun and am anxious to see how it works. the only thing i wonder is how long till the rear sight gets broken off. it's kinda big.

Nope, I am not exactly sure why guys even put sites on there shotguns. They can be shot instinctively real well with a little practice. Put the bead on the target and pull the trigger. I guess it depends if you shoot with both eyes or closed an eye.

I'snt that similar to the sight found on a bow? Seems like a bow could be shot instinctively pretty well with a little practice, put the arrow on the game and release...  :chuckle:

Jack,
I bought one about 6 years ago because my Moss 835 literally patterned about 1' high and right w/ turkey loads.  My intention wasn't to actually buy this particular site.  However, at the time it was the only 1 I could get on short notice that allowed for elevation & windage adjustment.  I was kinda in a bind and really didn't want to buy it.  I figured that damn hood thing would get in the way or break off or sumthin.  Well, as it turns out I love the silly thing.  I would put the same site on my next turkey gun.  I end up needing to put a little super glue on some of the pieces to secure em.  Not sure if that's a design flaw or just how it fits my gun.
