Wolves not eating kills

My husband showed me this site:   norcalblogs.com/gate/
I hope someone else can use it.

Actually it's not unusual for a canine to kill a female and just take out the fetus.  When I worked in Juneau a single dog, a G. shepherd X Rodesian Ridgeback, female, killed a blacktail deer and ate the fetus.  That happened on the tide flats and a man watched it from his house window.  The owner of the dog only got a $100.00 fine.

I witness this kind of killing in Montana last year. Just makes a hunter sick. Cow elk and Calfs mainly. >:(
