THey are behind this year, so you should be fine. They are in big Tom groups at the moment, at least in the COlville/Kettle area.

nice pics. Are you going on the youth hunt? I've holding off until some snow melts. Were the turkeys pretty low (elev)? I'm planning to scout this weekend for the youth hunt.

dont see any hatchling in there. You should hold out until you find some hatchlings to go after. No reason to shoot biguns. Hatchlings arent as tough.

You are kidding? Ate our first bird last Thanksgiving, and found it was awesome! It was an older bird...i guess...the spurs were huge but the tips rounded and chipped down...
