First time hunting

Hey guys I just want to thank a lot of you guys for all the tips you guys have given me.  I've been hunting pretty hard up in skagit county but I haven't seen anything.  I keep seeing the signs, there are deer there so I am staying at it.  I would have had no idea how to hunt them.  I am constantly thinking of all the tips people have given me from this site and it has actually helped with morale and keeping me going, 3 straight days without seeing one deer, first time hunting, it really takes the wind out of your sails. Hopefully later in the season will be better. 

I am a huge fan of this site, I really like the comaraderie of this place.  If I do get a deer this year, it will be because of your guys' help.

Keep it up. I know a 12 year old kid who shot his first deer this year and it was a monster...He had some help. :hello: Don't give up!!!

Don't give up. If your up in Skagit county hunting keep your eyes on the edges of the clearcuts as well as the middle. Hard work will pay off.

Don't Give up man !!! sometimes it may take a little wile to start seeing the deer. Specially after opening day they go in to hidding. keep it up and you will find your deer  8)

Just goes to show you hunting in Washington sucks..I use to thinkhow great this state was, until I started hunting in Montana..The hardest thing was NOT shooting the deer I saw..
