Nice bull! very pretty rack! Love the pictures of meat in the fridge.  The butchering can be really fun with an elk...sometimes I take those big roasts and give em a smack! Great first post.

Hope there are many more to come!

The best part is taking a nice bloody strip from the inner cavity and sticking it to your brothers face.

I was alone this year and didn't get that opportunity. When I get one with my brother, I'm gonna remember that. It'll probably turn into an all out fist fight...
