I'm really anxious to head out to Montana for the shoot in about 3 weeks. Hopefully I don't miss the trip like I did last year. I'm still loading rounds in anticipation. I think we can get 500 rounds a day off without even trying. I hope to nail some with the new .44 mag too.

Incredible photography.  Incredibly stupid stuff for the internet.  :bdid:
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

I looked at it right before dinner last night and got kind of sick.  Nasty stuff.  Tricky photography though...

Wimp..  ;) I was eating goulash and reading it and giggling at the same time, but then again you  should all know I'm not quite right.  :chuckle:

The first year I used my 17 HMR I witnessed a few of the red mist shots through my scope :yike:!
The first time it happened  Joe was watching through his binos and I through my scope...we both looked at each other in disbelief. Now those were Richardson ground squirrels mind you, not  prairie dogs. Much easier to kill, smaller and vastly more numerous.
