looking for help for my kid

Ok here is the deal my 14 yr old/lives to duck hunt his dad and I are separated/divorcing as of the last month.... and his dad bailed on him as a hunting partner.....I really would love to find someone who might be willing to take him on a few weekend hunts he is missing it a lot and I am working all month so can't take him myself plus I don't have any of the right gear...he has dekes and all the gear just no one to hunt with.
I am in elma the kiddo is in olympia if anyone has any ideas....

im up here around skagit valley and im 15. haha i live to hunt to so i know his feeling :) if you are ever up around skagit valley before it closses this year i would love to take him out and shoot some birds! so just pm me if ya come up here or watever. we have our own gun club so we could certainly put him on some greenheads sometime if your up here

Thank you duckhunter I appreciate that.  I have family up that way so we do get up there occasionally.

no problem glad to help  :) i couldnt imagin going through all that and then not be able to do you favrite thing HUNT! so if ya get up here before the season ends send me pm and we can get him on some birds

yea its killing me the one thing that the kid lives for and helps keep him out of trouble he cannot do  :bash: :bash: his dad flat out quit says he wont hunt anymore...and the kid loves to hunt but I think he would rather hunt with someone.... and now he moved to the city he cant just go fish at the river every day either....

If you can get him to Wenatchee I would be more than willing to take him out for a diver shoot. Cant promise a damn thing.

thats the problem I cant really get him very far I am working weekends and in school and working during the week...zero days off this month :( I had no idea it would all come to this they have duck hunted since he was about 5 maybe 4 its what they do or did.....

Not a duck hunter.. but they are shooting down here on the Columbia somewhere...  Can hear the shotguns from my front porch, lol.  If a YAR Jester can be of any help, let me know..  even to just get him up in the hills.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

fishing trip might be in order...he also loves to fish he is just mad it is duck season and he isnt hunting like they used to  :bash: :bash:  the whole reason we moved to grays harbor had to do with those boys hunting ducks...sigh...

I am in the Skagit Valley also. If your up this way to visit family I'd be perfectly happy to take out a youth hunter.
