i have been experimenting with trigger finger positioning, how do you release, with your index or middle finger, and how much do you put on the trigger. first knuckle or second.

you can use either finger, shoot with the one that feels best to you. I think it depends alot on which release your using, I use to shoot better with my middle finger when I used the cyclone and the little bitty goose releases , but when i switched to the Short 'n' Sweet I shoot better using my index finger at first knucle.
