EARLY SEASON DRAW PERMIT??

Do you guys remember when wdfw used to have a early season draw permit which allowed you to start hunting a week or two earlier than everybody else?  I thank they only had it for a year or two.  typically the first couple weeks of april would be incredible for gobbling,  this year however the season dates are perfect with the weather though.

This was covered in an earlier post ... 1 person gets draw for the permit .. raffle tickets were available to everyone thru the NWTF State Chapter and its locals only.
