Kelty Noah's Tarp Shelter

Anyone have one. I was considering it but could not find one local to put my hands on. I have some questions regarding the fabric. Thickness, tear resistance, is it silnylon or something else, and whats the weight of the fabric?

I have a 12 x 12.  The material is about the same as a rainfly on a tent for thickness and weight.
