Is your date off by one day? If so and those pictures were on the 16th, I bet one of them drives a white Subaru.

No date and time is correct.

These were from a new spot up the road past where the white Subaru was parked.

Do you know what their pointing/looking at?  Did you have some kind of attractant there?
Kinda looks like a oil quart, could they have pour out something on your attractant to discourage animals from hanging out there...in hopes of increasing their odds on their own nearby site?

There pointing at where I put stack salt but what ever they did or didn't have no effect. Still had pic of deer, elk, and bear, up to the day before I checked cam.

Also,  there were spots on the ground of some sort of white powder 
Not on the bait, but on its edges and by the stump and rock behind them.
