The regs say to remove the premolar, do you have to and send it in? Does every one do it? I have not killed a bear yet but getting the heads up

i sent mine in. it takes awhile but they will post your tooth age on the wdfw site. i got to find out that my bear was only 5 years old,i thought it was older.

Ok on mine i did a shoulder mount with the mouth open a little.they use mouth cup that looks like the real thing. I also had the skull done and with that it just has one small tooth missing,not a big deal looks great.

how long does it take cause my taxidermist took them out and sent them in for me and i would like to know how old he was and where do i look?
