Guy is lucky.  I saw a pickup up close that hit three animals and there was no cab left and bodies in the bed.  This guy almost had a lap full.

I believe it was, heard the same story to.  He was coming out of the Colockum where the elk are abundant and tender, not the elkless observatory.

Stupid people and dumb asses?  What am I missing?  I don't think he meant to hit this elk.  I know this guy personally and he drives the road daily.  He was traveling below the posted speed limit as he has had close calls before.
