Me and FC went last weekend. My first time. We ended up with 6 each for two days. Not bad considering the conditions. Smoked up my first batch Monday - Dang! That *censored* is good!

The wife and I bbq'd a coupla fillets just because there are so many who say it's terrible and I wanted to know for sure. Not bad! It's not kings, coho, or sockeye. But jaysis people! It's good eatin' sho' nuff. Actually, I'd say there just ain't much flavor period comparatively. So dress it up, prep it with more flavorful rubs or what-not. Methinks there are some finicky eaters around here.... I wouldn't wanna say snobby but....
