SS Process - Expand Cougar Hunting Seasons
« on: December 12, 2011, 07:13:44 AM »
Expanding Cougar hunting to include the recent change of any weapon Sept1-Mar31, all areas open through Modern deer season, then close areas as quota is reached (GMU by GMU).  By the way Rocky the predator manager gave a great talk on cougars and predators in general, well educated and good guy.

Good. I thought it was idiotic when they implemented the weapon restricted seasons.

Kain and others on this site and WFW had a lot to do with this change. I watched him get right in the face of the cougar specialist in Centralia and I know he's written several letters and may have attended other planning sessions, as well. Nice job, guys.
