That was a tempting offer, and I was wondering why it was locked. I take it you lost your binoculars, and Bluebulls found them.

Now seriously, all his honey holes for $1. I'm in. :chuckle:

if you can get maybe $20 or so for my honey holes we could share it and both be happy. They're not worth much anymore. Actually, nevermind, now that I have good glass I might just find what I've been missing.

you know I wouldn't trade your binos.... I might keep them until we're both done shed hunting for the year but I'll give them back :chuckle:

Funny thing is, when I read the "Trade" post, I had it figured out instantly, lol!! That's not the way I'd recommend going to upgrade to the Swaro's though!  :chuckle:

In all honesty why was the first thread locked anyways, I know it was a joke, but is there no legit trading on HW, and who is the hall monitor, is that just another term for moderator?  Not trying to stir the pot, maybe I need to go read the rules again.  Just trying to understand how the system works, always thought the mods of the different forums were the ones in charge of their forums threads, like Bone with shed hunting, but obviously he didn't lock it.  Just a honest question, and curious.  Sorry to threadjack.

I believe it was like Bearpaw said, an accident.   I haven't touched base with the moderator who did it, but I am assuming they were just a little fast with the trigger.

that's how I noticed them... the springs on my tacoma are a little aged and I saw that the back end was sagging a few inches. :chuckle:

also, the thread was locked because a mod thought it was an actual "trade". He pm'd me so I could move it to the classifieds. I would have put it there in the first place but my victim frequents the shed forum every 5 minutes.

You are way to nice Jake.  I would have made him sweat for a couple three days, by then he would have been so thankful that you had them he would have given you anything rather than having to tell his wife he lost his binos.   :chuckle:
