In these articles they always mention people selling the antlers for 6 to 9 dollars.  Where?  I have a pile I'd like to sell, but not at the 4 dollar a pound offers I've run across.  That price is the same I sold them for back in the early '80's.

Thanks for taking the time to post those links.  Interesting article about the guy from Helena, Mt.  Since I still have family
in Montana, maybe a stop along the way wouldn't hurt.  Again, thanks.

Another fine article from the weekly wiper, as the locals call it,  full of speculation and baseless accusations, could have been blue agate hunters, or mushroom pickers, or anyone,  but seriously  gone are the days of newspapers reporting the facts, its a sad day for journalistic integrity. I feel for the landowner because he has to put up with tresspassers and littering,  posting the property is his only option, I have seen what damage a few knuckleheads can do, but don't blame shedhunters unless its based on facts, for all we know it could have been wolf loving tree huggers looking for Mel's Hole.

The guy sounds like a baby, It says he has found 50 sheds since he was a kid, and now he's 31??? Not a very good shed hunter to begin with!!
