so me and my buddy went fishing today didn't catch any but the sturgeon were hitting on 6 month old smelt( from last time i went sturgeon fishing) and pickled squid.
kinda makes me mad i still haven't caught on, i did fight a 14 feet out for 45 Min's and had it roll on me and break my 100 lb braided line.
I'm using 4/0 to 7/0 hooks could it be the size of the hooks why the fish wont take the bait???
