ID springers

We headed down to Riggins,ID last weekend to fish for springers..fishing was great..11 hours total fishing and hooked 9 and I limited both days..My girlfriend got here first ever springer too
The first morning brought drama to where we fish..as we are standing there fishing..2 jet boats are coming down river as they always do to hit the popular boat hole...oh no these 2 boat pull in right in front of us feet away and throw anchors on shore 8ft next to us and fish out of boats..tempers on the bank were high! Another couple I spoke with had a run in with them the day before,,she didnt even want to fish because they were such jerks. Sad people indeed, $40k sled and you park it on the bank all day and contend with us bank maggats..unreal...I hooked and landed 2 next to them..0 for them

Some nice fish there. Those are the type of guys you really want to rub it in and say "See boys this is how it's done"!!

Nice fish, good work! Never understood why people beach boats to fish places they could have accessed with out a boat?
Seen it in a few other places before, never seems to work out that well.

I will say we have anchored just off the bank before but almost always because my wifes uncle is with us and he is in a wheelchair. And it is usually just our crew on the bank around the boat. Not exactly the same as those guys.
