I've been a fan of Montana decoys, looks like it's pretty much the same thing just a smaller version. Should work well!

If I draw a bull tag, I will be buying 1 or 2. I have used the full size Montana elk decoys in the past and am a fan. They work. The only issue is that when your are on the move or a bull is coming in fast, they can sometimes be a little time consuming to set up. This one looks like you could pull it out quickly and put it to work.

I have used the Montana with great success, I don't see why the Heads-up wouldn't work just as well. I'd buy one.

I've used both the Montana and the Heads Up, and the Heads Up gets my vote simply because it doesn't interfere with my style of hunting. I like to cover a lot of country and the Heads Up Decoy is super light and easy to pack and use. With a 2-caller set-up, the caller can carry the decoy with one horizontal strap on his pack and pull it off with one hand. There are no stakes and no setting it up. When it's time to go, it's easy to carry in your hand, or slide back in the pack without folding it up, etc. If I'm hunting alone, I use the same system, but I slide the decoy in the bow holder on my bow. We've had some really cool encounters with it the past 3 seasons!

last year I worked with a guy that brought a "rear end" decoy. looked like the lighter colored hair of the hind end of an elk. It worked great, brought all the animals into a broadside shot. Might work until EVERYONE starts using them...

Got two decoys, problem is the animals will be off their pattern when I get to my spots. Over the year I'll keep the decoy thread updated.
