Great Mathews deals.
« on: March 06, 2014, 07:58:05 PM »
Well today I got my new Chill R at Fletcher Setter Archery out by yelm. I shopped around for a few weeks and ended up going out there today.Well I'm glad I did I saved close to 200.00 bucks on the bow alone. The cool thing is he cut me deals on my sight and rest also.My total savings was close to 300 bucks. As he was setting up my bow I looked at a few Hoyt and they are priced like every ware else but all the Mathews were seriously low.Hope this helps someone out.

So I have a Multi season deer tag. Thinking about a bow.

What's the ball park price of a ok bow out the door these days???? Ready to shoot.

Don't buy a new "ready to hunt" package. It will get you started but the components (sights, rest, etc) that come with the bow are low end. I just got done upgrading my components from a "RTH" package I bought. You'd be better off either buying a used bow from here that has quality parts or buying a bare bow and putting good equipment on it.  :twocents:

You can get decent bowtech, pse (RTH bows) for @ $500.  Maybe even a little cheaper if you wait till the 2015 models start to come out, you can get a new last years model for a pretty good discount.  I would not recommend buying anything from cabelas tho, seen 3 new bows come out of there last year and they were all set up wrong and needed adjustments on everything.  Shop around the specialty stores or I recommend sportmens wharehouse.
