Anyone able to tell how many points that first bull had? Not that it matters, Its an "any elk" unit but It would still be nice to bag a bull.
So they dropped already and are growing in velvet It looks like from that photo, How far along would they're re-growth be by now?

Yea that's what I see too.  :yeah: Great pics. Your there. Now if only the ones you see now are around once the season opens. Funny how they bail last minute.

Well whats even crazier is this area does NOT usually have elk around for atleast 15-20 miles. Its surrounded by housing so kinda interesting to actually see elk, specially a bull.
Been getting lots of photos of deer to, Infact today when I stepped into the treeline to go out to my cam - Spotted 3 deer walking about 15 feet to the side of where I had it mounted, Hunkered down untill they passed and then proceeded.

Yea crazy. Behind my in laws property they gets tons of Elk in Jan and Feb. Sometimes they will crash out in their back yard. A herd of 10-12 of em. I've even spotted the elusive 380 Bull in the area below just on the other side of the river. This too is surrounded by housing on 3 sides. One day as I was walking out below by the river, 4 black tails crossed the trail in front of me in the same area. Love to see them anytime, just hope once the bell rings I see them in my cross hairs ;)
Had to look into this area. Not worth it. All Private property surrounded by county land. :/

Nice pics and videos. Elk, deer and a rabbit too!

I'm thinking of getting a Primos Ultra 55 IR. Reviews look a bit mixed, but I've found quite a few people who are really happy with the Ultra models. My last trail cam (Wildgame Innovations Razor 6) would not have triggered on about 75% of the ones that you have posted. And that was before it croaked altogether.

Keep posting more. You are getting me psyched up on buying another camera.
