EF 346 Little Naches (Antlerless)
« on: June 15, 2014, 12:33:21 PM »
Got my first Special permit this year (2014) for Antlerless in Little Naches.  I normally hunt 520 (Winston).  I have Hunted some of Bethel 5 years ago but never the Naches Area.   I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on where to go in this area to start my search.  I should be able to get down there 3 or 4 times before the season opens up but would like a general idea of what I am looking for.  Generally in Winston I stick to the clear cuts and I am golden.  When in Bethel I don't remember seeing clear cuts.  Anyways if anyone wants information on Winston PM me.

Thank you.

I would start out by looking up around Ravens Roost.
The best friend a guy could have asked for. RIP chasing pheasants in heaven Denali girl.

With 500 permits your going to have a lot of company, I can't believe ther gave out that many permits!  They are out of their minds if you ask me.  You'll prob have to get away from the roads, I don't think it's slam dunk tag.  But with a bit of work you'll get it done, guys on here will prob give you places to start.
“In common with”..... not so much!!

If you can't find a cow its because your eyes are not opened :chuckle:

500 tag holders is going to sound like Vietnam on that wednesday morning!

My best advice! Get into a good spot with a view, and sit there! They will come a running.
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

The Whiners suck!!
