Does anyone have any input on creeks in the Spokane/Colville area that are fun to fish?

Back when I was going to college over there I would head to bowl & pitcher state park and cast vibrax spinners. It was nearly every cast and had a bite or fish on. No joke. It was like they never seen such a thing before.
