Report of catch
« on: April 11, 2022, 03:46:27 PM »
Due on the 20th
Anyone else have problems with it?
I tried filling it out on-line and then downloading a copy for my records and to attach to an e-mail. When I tried to save it or even print it all of the lines would come out the same as the last line I filled in.
Finally, downloaded a blank copy of the report, filled it in and sent it in as an attachment. Worked that way for me.

I did just the same. Printed it out and filled it in and then emailed it in today.
