FHA - Not Difficult With Experience
« on: December 06, 2022, 12:55:12 PM »
I just did an FHA loan for a young couple who had to leave their rental because the landlord was selling. They couldn't afford that property. The realtor referred them to me. I got them pre-approved that day. They found a house within their means. I had the clear-to-close in 12 days from date of submission. If you're still paying rent because rates seem high remember this: Paying rent is like paying 100% interest. And if the landlord's costs go up, so will your rent. Not so with a fixed rate mortgage. I'm good at this and have 100% 5-star ratings.
