The bullet itself is longer than a 190 as well- longer than a 190 berger hybrid anyhow-I am not sure on the A tip length off the top of my head but it is a fair amount longer than a 190 berger

Man, they are long.  I think the a-tips are 1.668 or so and they were considered long when they came out.

After quite a bit of research....I see three problems for most peoples use.

1.  They are super long so in most rifles they will become a single feed as they won't fit in the magazine.
2.  On the website it list them as easily damaged by impact and not recommended for use in magazines even if they do fit....unless you have a good amount of room from tip of bullet to mag box.  With that being said, the website is super confusing to me and it says it has some that are mag sensitive and others that are not???
3.  The recommended twist for is not conducive to most factory 7mm barrels.  This is a likely a fantastic bullet for custom rifles, but not so much if you have a factory rifle with a 1:9 or 1:10 twist barrel in your 7mm mag.

I'm sure the manufacturer could make a lighter bullet that would work in a standard twist barrel, but the BC would drop off the charts.   With that said, the BC of .800 to me is not necessary for 99.9% of all shooters.  I have no problem pushing bullets with a .500 to 800 yards and beyond with 1/2 MOA accuracy.

It is a super cool bullet, but very niche in my opinion.  If I had a custom 7mm chambering with a 1:7.5 or 1:8 twist, I would likely be giving them a try.....just cause I like new fandangled bullets.
