Thinking about applying, I've never done it before. Is it too late? Do you need to pre license?

Just go on line, purchase the permits and then apply.  They say you don’t have to apply after purchase, but I like to apply anyway.

This .  It takes a handful of points to draw elk. Don’t sleep on applying for deer also, oftentimes you will draw with just a few points.. and usually, there are returned tags hunters decided to not buy you can grab.. just saying.
