Shaking my head at WA again - looking at the new regs and this confounded me..
Why don't they just put the actual dates in there?
friday before the the memorial day had to look at the calendar - friday before memorial day would be May 25 - so why not just write in may 25
from little dalles power line crossing to Canada would be easier too
