sockeye from the bank?

i was wondering if anyone could atleast give me a starting point on where to fish sockeyes and kings from the bank, im located in quincy and would be willing to travel anywhere from wannappum up to the oakangon river, thanks in advance

I'd say Wells, but the shape it's in now, it would be a waste of your drive.  I also wouldn't waste the gas to drive up to the Okanogan.  Best best might be above Rocky Reach.
