St. Helens Tree Farm--Weyco. No Camping.
BUT, even though Weyerhaeuser thinks they own the whole of SW Washington, if you do your research you will find that they actually only own half. Get good maps. Find that DNR owned piece, state Right of way, USFS piece that borders Weyco. River bank below the high water mark. Folks camp all over the state highway right of way, and Weyco. can only gnash their teeth about it. Then, at least you are covered. Much of the USFS/DNR land in SW Wa is landlocked and Gate-locked behind Weyco. You can be locked in behind gates if you stay out after dark, or get an animal late in the afternoon, even if you are hunting PUBLIC land. Disgusting.
