Scouting trip was fun!!
« on: July 31, 2012, 10:05:35 PM »
well Thursday my cousin picked me up and we drove all the way to Idaho nonstop a 14 HOUR DRIVE!!! But it was worth it got to see many firsts. Saw my first antelope, first bull moose, first drop tine whitetail, first antelope buck, and first tailless rooster pheasant. We drove through Utah,Oregon, Idaho of course, Montana, and of course Washington. We put on at least 2000 miles and i just got back about an hour ago. I've never seen so many animals in a couple days in my life. Saw 98 whitetails, over 200 Mulies, over 150 elk, at least 100 antelope, 2 moose bull and a cow, 20 turkeys, and a cool pheasant. I got a bit of pics all the Mulies are in Idaho, Elk are in Idaho and Utah, Whitetails are in Montana same with the antelope. I had an AMAZING trip and cant wait to go over there and hunt with Guy Eastman in September!!! :IBCOOL:

Looks like a fun trip.  What were you scouting for specifically?
