Which part of the unit?  I haven't been there recently but I used to live outside Wenatchee.

Hoyt---I've spent alot of time just below that unit elk and deer hunting in Unit 328 and some in 251 for bear and deer. I havent been in 251 for about two years now and I'm sure there are bears in there. probably hang out close to the orchards on the west side of HWY 97, but in several years of hunting that area, you know I have never seen not even one bear. If you're going to make a drive for a few days of bear hunting I know of 2 areas you will probably have better luck in with maybe lees of a drive depending on which way you're going. PM me for more info.
