I think I might of screwed up.

I went online today to purchase my deer license and multi season tag that I have been putting off because of how much it costs. Once I purchased it, I realized that they said it would be here in 7-10 business days...... Deer season starts in 6 business days and I leave for my elk/deer camp in 10 days and there is only 7 business days in that span..... Im worried I might not receive my tag before then. More than likely I wont need it as I will be mainly hunting for elk, but I know if I go up there without it I will see a nice buck within range. Does anyone have any ideas about how to speed up the process? Can I go down to a licensing place and have them print it out and cancel the one they are sending? Im stressing out over my dumba$$ mistake!

Just go to any place that sells them  and pay for duplicates.   It will cost ya but atleast u will have tags in ur pocket. Make sure when the others do come in the mail, destroy them.

Because I didnt want to buy them yet and they do me no good until the season starts, so I was going to buy them now that I have the money saved up and its time to use them. No need for smart a$$ comments man.

I have to call headquarters on monday and have them cancel the transaction then I will head down to a dealer and pick them up that way.  Had me stressing out

Because I didnt want to buy them yet and they do me no good until the season starts, so I was going to buy them now that I have the money saved up and its time to use them. No need for smart a$$ comments man.

heck not everyone can afford to buy all that stuff early on...I bought my bear tag a couple weeks before bear...will go in to bi mart and buy my deer tag when I know for sure I will be hunting deer, when I have the money, and likely only a few days before the season opens 

if you have 10 days until you are leaving wait and see if they show up early next week then if not go get the duplicates the day before you leave

I think that is what I am going to do. If they arent in on time I will just go get duplicates! Glad someone else understands the situation
