Damn, I went last week specifically to get those, and they didn't have any. Which one did you go to?

Yes which store?  They haven't had them for a couple of years and mine are getting kind of thin.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

They have them at burlington, but you can call any store and ask if they have them in. if they do not they should be able to tell you which one does.

I was looking at some wool socks yesterday at the Federal way Costco not 100% sure they are the some ones you are talking about.  But I am pretty sure and they had a bunch.

That merino is good stuff.. I got the merino base layers last year... Very warm, keeps you dry too... They should have the base layers pretty soon... Will have to take a trip to Costco tomorrow to see if they have the socks...

The Yakima Costco has them.  There are better wool socks but cannot beat these for the price.

Just picked up a bundle of them in the east Vancouver Costco store. Pretty nice for the money and USA made!
Can't we all just get along?

I might have to look for some of those myself. I have a question about wearing wool to keep warm though. I know cotton is bad for cold weather...but I have a mild allergy to wool, makes me itch like mad. Any idea if wearing wool over the top of cotton or synthetic fabric reduces the effectiveness of the wool? Or do I just gotta be itchy if I wanna stay warm?  :dunno:

I wouldn't wear cotton under wool, kind of defeats the purpose of it, although I bet the wool would still keep you warm. But your cotton socks would hold moisture and that's not good. You might be surprised, the merino wool may not bother you like you think it would. It's a lot softer than regular wool. But you could just use some other type of sock underneath, anything that is synthetic and not cotton.

Great socks for the price.  I buy a new pack almost every year right before hunting season.

I accidentally purchased the Mediums once and could barely get my feet into them.  Not a nice surprise when I was looking forward to slipping on brand new socks opening morning.
