Its getting close!

Partners are setting up the wall tents today, I gotta work today and tomorrow. I'll head up Sunday with my 8 year old boy and hunt dear Sunday and Monday with him, then momma comes and picks him up and it's game time for the rest of Elk season! He woke me up this morning  saying dad we only have 3 days till we go!! That made my day!!

I am leaving sunday also, will be there all season. My 8 year old will come up fri afternoon of the first weekend to hunt till sunday with me. Those are the best days every season, this will be his fourth in the woods hunting with me.

I don't get to leave for a week from today but then I will be there for the last 10 days of the season.

of course, packing is easier when all i need is a daybag.  and my bow.

I'll be camping out in the Lewis River Unit somewhere by Climber's Bivouac area. Will have a black F150 with elkoholic and trigger time decals, as well as a red Chevy duelly with camper. If any of you see me, stop on in!
