I have the pants and coat. Picked them up on sale so the price was great. Very warm, my only beef is they are very heavy. Heavy. Great late season cold weather gear. Not sure what season you are planning to use them in? One nice thing is you can machine wash them.

 :yeah: :yeah:

I agree with everything said.  Though they are heavy, I don't feel they are any heavier than other cold weather gear, especially cause you don't have to layer with this stuff.  Seriously the coldest weather I can think of in washington and I was plenty warm in the pants with just boxers underneath.  I love mine.  I did have a problem with the stitching in crotch of my pants and the front button fell off....both after a few years of use.  A little sewing and they are as good as new.  I would buy them again.

Mine are fine for hiking...especially if you are moving slow / stalking.  I would not wear mine if I were planning on covering multiple miles in a day or climbing a ridge, especially if you are moving at a brisk pace....I would sweat to bad.  This is why I have my sitka gear

:yeah: there's no way I'm taking mine for early archery. Way too warm. I suppose if you walked extremely slow without any serious elevation change it could work, but if you archery hunt the late season they could do fine. They're thicker and heavier then what I would go for if I was going to walk a lot. Good gear, but for me I only use it if I'm hunting fairly close to camp and it's incredibly cold.
