Anyone been seeing many? I have been seeing quite a few quail, but was wondering how the pheasants are doing in eastern/central washington!

I haven't seen that many in the Columbia Basin. I see more coyotes than pheasants

I'm afraid the North Palouse looks very disappointing this year. Two very wet Springs in a row have done a number on the pheasants, quail and Huns. I'm just not seeing many birds.

Maybe this link will work for you, but it is not for me.
http://www.wxusa.com/wx1/wx.php?forecast=pass&pass=precip&dpp=0
It should show historic precipitation by zip code, city, etc. The springs storms are hit and miss. It's to general to say the east side had a wet spring... Look for areas that stayed dry - that's where to start looking for birds. If this site id just plain honked, and someone else has a source for this type of info, please post a link.
Cheers
