I was up northwest of naches the other day and had cows talking so I startes to cow call and try and fit in and lo and behold there was a bull with them.
not sure of size because it was thick but he was about 50 yarda away before he got spooked. When he heard me he came running thrashing and hot n heavy from maybe lil over 100 yards?
I say another week and a half before they start battling if the temps remain cool.
