Almost time to get serious.
« on: October 07, 2012, 11:17:49 AM »
The archery and muzzle loader guys have been kicking the deer around for a little over a month, I'm still seeing several big bucks around but their not in any particular pattern. Seeing today is the last day of muzzle loader over here. Things will calm down and I can get a pattern on a couple bucks, set them up for the big D-Day this coming Saturday. If everything goes as planned this year should be a short shot, under 200 on big boy.

I am about to pop :yike: :yike: man I can't wait till saturday. Heading up on friday morn and am more excited this year than most. Got a spot above Godendale that IS open and no hunters have been in there this year because of owner shutting down the land due to fire danger. Not even going to ask why the change of heart to let us in, just thankfull that he is. It should be good for my crew :IBCOOL:  Hopefully next week I will have opening weekend pics to post. Good luck all and stay safe.
