WDFW Harvest Reports 2007

The harvest reports are up but I think they are extremely flawed.  I was looking at hunt 1288 Mica Peak.  There were 200 permits issued but there were over 300 reports and over 200 hunters.  Do I just not understand how to read those charts :bash:   I looks like for the most part the other data is not corrupted. Anyone have any ideas?
