funny you mention that, I grabbed the grendel first, then took the 7mag instead. Id love to take a bear with the grendel, maybe my second tag!

Cool though how these TTSX bore a hole straight through animals! Even at this distance it looks like a big drill bit went through there!

Way to go John.  Those corn fields make for some wild fun every year.  I was out there once and saw 4 tearing around the chopped fields.  Like they didn't know what to do.  Curious as to who asked you to not shoot?  Just wait till the blueberries take over the area and the bears get a taste for them.  They are really going to start reeking havoc.  Great bear and congrats.  Glad to see you get it done
