Sebek grows obese deer!
« on: September 28, 2012, 09:11:41 PM »
Sebek, just cut up Akashasdaddy's deer half and holy crap!!!  I swear the fat cap weighed more than the burger bag.  Leave those doughnuts in the store.  They aren't good for the deer :chuckle:

Makes for a tasty meal though . My sister just told me that her grinder has a sausage attachment so I am going to try my hand at making some deer sausage. Not happy about mixing pork fat into the deer meat but, with sausage itj ust has to be done.

Try using Trukey bacon, instead of pork.  I use this method on my Roe Deer, in Germany, and they tasted great.

It is better to be consistently incorrect than inconsistently correct...

Not that I know of. His brother told him not to let me go home with empty coolers and told Sebek that if I wasn't able to put one down to send me home with half of his deer since he is the only one in his house that eats it. I'm telling you Sebek and his entire family are some real good people.
