Got my new conical mold

343 grains of pure beauty! 50cal in .501" diameter.  Originally made as a Paper patched bullet, but I ordered it as a slip fit size and lube with Alox.



80gr Pyrodex P, moist sand at 50 yards, ALMOST complete penetration through a 10 gallon bucket of sand.


I will be testing tomorrow with some pyrodex RS and see how that does with and without wad.
