snow and bears?

They are calling for snow levels between 4000 and 5000 ft this weekend, just wondering how that will effect the bear hunting. I've never hunted bears in August in the snow, but if it snows up high this weekend i'll be hunting. just was curious if anyone has had any success with bears and an early snow.
