Toutle, Winston, Coweeman: new place to camp

Attention Elk Hunters, Cowlitz Co. has just put in a new campground a few miles from Toutle, right on the S. Toutle River.  A couple deer hunters in there now.  Has pit toilets, electricity, water (might be shut off but installed).  Costs $20 hookup, 15 tent.  No reservations, just an envelope.  info: 577-3174

Quiet, dont let everyone know.  Nice camground, harry gardner park. Hookups for rvs but no onsite dump. You have to pull into the rv dump that is on the way out.
