When you put your hands around the bases there is still about 2 inchs between your fingers, truely a unique buck, and hard earned for sure!  You put a lot of time and effort into getting your dream buck, congrats!  Cant wait to see it on the wall!!

The pack out was one of the heaviest loads I've ever hauled.  Thankfully it was all on gravel road. When I got to my bicycle I tried to ride it the rest of the way down the hill but it was a little to squirrelly for me so I settled for pushing it. At least it gave me something to lean on. It was without a doubt my most memorable day I have ever spent in the woods. Thanks for all the comments!

I echo what Bone said earlier, way to do that great buck justice with your photos. So many times men and women get so caught up in the next task at hand that they fail to stop and capture the moment with well set up pictures. You did a fine job. He his a dandy.
