rattlin black tail late archery

Has anyone tried rattling blacktail for the late archery i gonna give it a shot at about it 1500'.....

I've been using antlers to attract blacktail bucks for years, but I'm down in the north Cascades of Oregon.  It's worked as early as late October to early January, hunting with rifle, bow, and camera.
